Prism Machined Large Arbor Reels are designed to serve an angler's every need - from freshwater to saltwater. They are made from aircraft grade aluminum with a carbon fiber disc drag and one-way clutch bearing. Prism MLA reels are anodized for years of abuse in saltwater. The three sizes available can handle fly lines from 3 to 9 weight. The ultra large arbor configuration gives the angler plenty of line and backing capacity and greatly improves his ability to recover line quickly They feature quick change spools and easy LH / RH conversion.

TFO's Cartridge Reels are cast aluminum with graphite cartridge spools. The reel comes with two standard arbor spool/cartridges. A large arbor spool can be purchased separately.

Machined from 6061 marine grade aluminum and Type III Hard Anodized, TFO's Hayden reels are built tough for a lifetime of service. Hard Anodization penetrates the base metal becoming an integral part of the material while building up on the surface creating a finish that is harder and more durable than those found on the most expensive reels.
